Mrs. Ashley has been with GraceWay Children Academy for almost five years. She started as a preschool teacher and gradually found herself falling more in love with understanding how the center was run and ensuring it was a Christ-centered, fun-loving environment for all the children who walked in the door. Mrs. Ashley’s twin daughters grew up in this building, starting as one year olds in the Pink Cottage to kindergarten graduates, her son is also starting his journey in the infant room this fall.
Mrs. Liz has been with GraceWay Children Academy for four years. She started with us as a college student who would share her time and talents over breaks from school. The kids worked their way into her heart so much that after graduation she returned to the center full-time. She now shares all of her knowledge from her schooling to ensure the center is balanced between nurture, academics, and play.
Mrs. Shirley has been with GraceWay Children Academy for three years. She is a member of GraceWay Church of God. She manages the school finances and is the one who allows us to purchase all of the fun materials, supplies, and equipment that make GraceWay Children Academy what it is.

Sister Michelle is new to GraceWay Children Academy and we are so excited for her to share her experience and fun-loving nature. Her husband is the Lead Pastor of GraceWay Church of God. Her and Pastor Mitchum recently moved here from South Carolina and they are so excited to enjoy Pennsylvania’s weather.
Mr. Steve has been with GraceWay Children Academy for almost five years. He ensures the facility is operating within compliance, health standards, and GraceWay Children Academy policy. His military background tends to make him the most serious member of the staff, although working right beside 35 women probably is a factor. He, definitely, has a soft-spot for the children who admire him as he walks the halls.
Mrs. Joni has been with GraceWay Children Academy for two years. She is the bright shining face that you see at the front desk at the end of the day. She has years of experience working in childcare and her ability to be flexible is a great asset. She also lends her time to ensuring the classrooms have everything they need.
Mrs. Lauren joined GraceWay Children Academy in 2012. She has years of experience working in the kitchen and planning menus. She occasionally helps on summer camp field trips and in a classroom.
